About your Yoga Teacher Ana-Flavia
After two years of road-tripping across Australia, my husband and I made the life-changing decision to start a family, settling in the Central Coast. This transition marked a significant turning point in my life. I chose to step back from social media and take a break from my business. The profound spirit of the land and the meaningful connections we've forged with the local community have transformed this place into our cherished home.
In an era filled with information overload and constant stimulation, there is an increasing need for gatherings that offer sacred spaces to pause and be authentic, especially with our children. The inspiration for my offerings stems from personal needs and a recognition of this vital necessity within my community.
I lead these sessions, and my son and husband participate in them as well.
