Exchange: $25 per class + booking fee

Held in a serene environment, overlooking trees, our space invites a sense of calm and connection with nature. Whether you’re in your first trimester or nearing your due date, our sessions are adapted to meet your needs every step of the way.
With a maximum of six participants, we ensure an intimate and cozy atmosphere, allowing for personalized attention and a supportive community.
About your Yoga Teacher Ana-Flavia
Ana-Flavia became pregnant at the end of 2021 after nearly two years of traveling around Australia. She chose to disconnect from social media to fully embrace her pregnancy and motherhood journey.
Now, after two and a half years, she feels called to hold space for pregnant mothers and offers prenatal yoga classes from her home yoga space in Avoca Beach.
Ana-Flavia has completed Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Katie Rose from Bhakti Rose, equipping her to support women through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. She has been guiding Mother Blessing Ceremonies since 2019. To find out more about her click here.
