I am super happy to have my dear friend Nina, coming from Sydney, to run this wonderful workshop. I’ll be attending with my son at our yoga space, The Nest, in Avoca. 💖

Hi! I’m Miss Nina 👋, mum of 3, and for nearly a decade, I’ve been nurturing the emotional needs of children aged 0 to 6. I create a safe and engaging environment for exploration through play and interaction. My approach includes:
🌿 Mindfulness practices
🌬️ Breathing techniques
🧘‍♂️ Guided meditation
🎶 Sound bath healing

I teach children techniques to calm their minds, listen to their bodies, and focus their attention. Through engaging exercises and soothing sound therapy, I help them understand and express their emotions, promoting emotional intelligence and resilience.

My goal is to equip young minds with tools to navigate their feelings and foster well-being, laying a strong foundation for their future growth. 🌈
