Full Moon Creative Flow Community Circle
The full moon brings clarity of vision. This gathering is an invitation to connect and tune in to the cycles of nature, to ground and balance yourself in a nurturing and judgment free space. On an energetic level it’s a powerful way of releasing old energy and calling in new.
A 2 hour sattva yoga and mindful art journey with a focus on letting go of an aspect of yourself that you have outgrown.
We will start moving and connecting with the body through a breath-work techniques, then move the energy with a dynamic flow and then ground ourselves through a guided meditation for transmutation with the intention to create space.
Finally we will engage into an art making activity for inner reflection and exploration of current emotions and feelings and we will finish with a restoring sharing circle. Expect two hours of deep inner connection.
If possible a burning ceremony can be organised at the end as part of the closing circle.

This workshop is open to adults 18 and up, and no previous experience is required, only an open mind and your willingness to try something different
Price: $40-$55 pp (depending on location and amount of people)
