“Many people in the west see yoga as a set of poses which might help you relax and become flexible (and yes, the asanas can do this as a by product) but in reality yoga is the natural state of all human beings where we are fully connected and in harmony with our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
As a yoga teacher trying to teach all these principles in a class is quite a challenge so I have learned to meet people where they are and allow the practice to give them what they need in any way this might help them to know themselves better and find harmony.”

YOGA IN MY LIFE
I was first introduced to transcendental meditation at the age of 7 and I used to have private yoga classes twice a week from the age of 14 til 16 with my dear teacher Pema.
At the age of 21 while living in Barcelona I was suffering from lower back pain, I visited a chiropractor and he recommended me to do some yoga. I found a local yoga studio and once I moved back to Australia I continued practising vinyasa flows 5 times a week to deepen my practice and curiosity.
At the beginning of 2018 I decided to quit my full time job and go travelling to India with the aim to start Meditating again and understand more about myself through the practice of Yoga. I completed my first teacher training at Sattva Yoga Academy under the guidance of Master Anandji and incorporated Sattva Meditation as my daily non negotiable practice.
Since then I have kept building my relationship with this holistic practice and have been drawn to many different teachers so that I can incorporate different perspectives while honouring the origins and having my base of Sattva Yoga practices.
ME AS A GUIDE
My deepest intention and desire as a yoga teacher is to guide and support my students in their own self discovery and self mastery.
I teach yoga as the integration of a holistic and inclusive attitude honouring its origins and making it accessible and relevant to today’s modern life.
I have experience teaching in gyms, clubs, yoga studios, community centres, retreats and one on one. I have taught children, seniors and corporates with the same intention to make it relevant to your needs.
I always tune in to the energy and what is mostly needed in that moment, my biggest asset as a teacher is my ability and willingness to adapt, and to allow my students to experience themselves not to achieve a pose or a certain technique but rather to be able to sit and be present with whatever is needed and happening for them.

Commitment: One 60 minute session $80 AUD
Give yourself or a loved one a 60/75 minute session of full connection with the body on all levels.
I will guide you through either an invigorating class or a grounding class meeting you, where you are and moving you in the direction of expansion.

Dive Deeper
Commitment: 3 weekly 75 minute sessions ($222 package)

Immerse Fully
Commitment: 7 weekly 75 minute session ($488 package)
This package is ideal for people who want to know themselves on a deeper level through the ancient wellness and healing system of Yoga and Ayurveda while applying everything directly in to their home and lifestyle.
After 7 weekly sessions you will understand in depth the practice and build an intimate connection with it seeing the positive impact it will create in your life.
This package includes an intake form and a 15 minute phone consultation so it can be customised to your lifestyle and needs.
