For The Best Experience:
1. Set aside at least 15 minutes for the practice and put your phone in airplane mode so you don't have any distractions.
2. Make sure you are in a quiet and comfortable place This is time to connect with yourself so make sure you create a sacred environment for yourself.
3. This practice can be done both in a cross leg posture (make sure you get a cushion to elevate your knees higher than your hips) or on a chair (make sure you have both soles of your feet flat in the ground ideally barefoot)
4. Be aware in the video I said it’s a 5minutes mediation but actually it’s a 10 minutes meditation

In our busy and modern society emotions are usually considered as weaknesses where some of them are acceptable while others are just not ok.
